Environmental Impact Report (EIR)


A report entitled "SUTRO TOWER DIGITAL TELEVISION (DTV) DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT" and dated July 9, 1997 was the subject of a public hearing July 24, 1997. This report was not widely distributed to neighborhood residents, and most Sutro Tower neighbors were completely uninformed about this report and the DTV plan.
